Threadhopping: Sure.
4th wall: No thank you.
Crosscanon: Always and forever YES.
WoL/Azem/FFXIV-specific OCs: No. I do not play with WoLs and FFXIV OCs, or interact with their players.
Others: Due to previous experiences, I don't RP with malleable or silent protagonists (e.g. MMO player characters, gacha protagonists, Fire Emblem My Units, etc.), or fandom OCs.
Hugging: Yes. He's going to be so awkward over it, but yes.
Kissing: You can try, but he will always move away and not want to be kissed by someone he's not in a close personal relationship with.
Flirting: Even more awkward, but yes. He wont be able to flirt back because he's so flustered though.
Sex: I'm down for it, though the Exarch will need some wining and dining to be convinced into it. Or a rare, old book. Not that this matters with sex games--
Romance: I'm down, but it will take time because the Exarch is hung up on someone, and has a very specific preference when it comes to potential romantic partners (the heroic types).
Fighting: Sure. The Exarch is quite adept at fighting, and is more solid than he looks so he can take a beating.
Injuries: No permanent injuries or maiming please. I'm okay with scars.
Death: Depends on the situation.
Telepathy/mind reading abilities: Sure. He has no mental defenses, but your character will have to dig very, very deeply to find his real name, and he barely remembers what he looked like before the crystal growth, so a blurry memory of his former appearance is what they get. Most of his thoughts, both deep and surface-level are about the Warrior of Darkness. Feel free to talk to me if you want clarification.
Mind control: Depends on what he'll be doing under the influence. Run it by me first please.
Warnings: Elements of body horror are prominently displayed on him, with pretty damning implications. His recent history also has suicidal ideation/repeated attempts at self-sacrifice.

BASIC INFORMATION
Name: The Crystal Exarch
Aliases/titles: Real name is G'raha Tia, but he doesn't share that with just anyone.
Age: Physically 24, mentally 124, chronologically 324.
Canon Point: End of patch 5.0
Race/sub-race: Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te, but used to pretend to be a Midlander Hyur
Class/job: All-Rounder-- paladin, white mage and black mage. If there's a specific role that needs to be filled in any adventuring party, he can fill it.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Appearance: Aside from his robes, the most noteworthy part of the Exarch is the appearance of his right arm, which has become blue crystal with golden veins-- become, not covered in, because if a beam of light is shined through his hand, it would be seen from the other side, the way it would with glass, not a person's hand. If one were to examine what few facial features he leaves uncovered, they'll find that his nose and lips are noticeably different from what's considered as conventional for Hyur/humans by real-life standards, and that the crystal on his arm has also overtaken almost the entirety of his neck and part of his face.
Fashion: Cloaks, hoods and cowls, anything that can hide the features he wants to hide-- namely, his face. Underneath the skirts though, he wears shorts.
Height: Such a tiny 159.2cm/approx. 5'2.68". So small. Why is he itty bitty.
Build: Miqo'te have broad skeletons with the muscle definition to fill that, but the Exarch lacks similar muscle mass due to being a mage and scholar.
Hair: Ruby red, and goes down to a few inches past his shoulders. He keeps it up in a short braid.
Eyes: Same red as his hair. He was born with his left eye green, but turned red when he was an adult due to a certain situation regarding his family origins.
Voice: His Japanese VA is Yuuma Uchida, and his English VA is Jonathan Bailey. The final cutscene of the quest "The Lightwardens" show some excellent voice acting and range from both VAs (just be warned of spoilers).
Language: Vrandtic common (English), which is Eorzean common as well. He's also fluent in Fae (Scots Gaelic). If he's fluent in other languages, that's still unknown at this canon point.
Scent: Books, parchment, and wax candles.
Hand dominance: Right-handed
Literacy: His room is full of books-- he is a person who reads.
